AMC Safety

AMC Safety are an Irish company specialising in GA1 inspections and SOLAS plant operator training based in county Monaghan. They provide inspections, training and certification to businesses and individuals across Ireland, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

The website had a fairly straightforward job to do on the surface, but there were quite a few different elements that needed to work together. As well as explaining the various services AMC Safety provide, the site needed to allow customers to browse and book training courses, choose available dates and pay for their course online.

We worked with the team at AMC Safety to create a design that would stand out from the fairly traditional websites you often see in the health and safety industry. The result is a more creative and modern design with plenty of animation, movement and interactive elements throughout the site, while still keeping the information clear and easy to find.

A big part of the project was the course booking system. AMC Safety run a range of different training courses throughout the year, so the site needed to make it easy for customers to see what courses are available and when they are taking place. We built a course and events system with an integrated calendar, allowing AMC Safety to add and manage courses and their available dates from the website.

Customers can then view the course information, select a suitable date and complete their booking and payment online through the integrated payment gateway. This means the entire process, from finding a course to securing a place, can be handled through the website.

Alongside the booking functionality, the site also includes dedicated sections for AMC Safety’s inspection and training services, giving the company a central place to showcase everything they offer.

The combination of the creative design and the more complex booking functionality makes this a website that is both visually distinctive and genuinely useful for AMC Safety and their customers.
